Annotated Progress Bar

Hi!

Has anyone created a bar that looks similar to this:

This would include three data points: Lower limit, Upper limit and a test score annotated with the arrow, would be great in the future to add more test scores/arrows!

Please share advice/ example code if you have used something similar?

You can do something like this.

Modifying the annotated progress bar example to remove some of the extra labels, and split the progress bar into a stacked series of 10 separate datasets:
