What I want must be very simple but maybe my way of thinking is too complex so please help me get my thinking straight 
I have a baseline chart that functions as the average baseline. Around that baseline I want to scatter the actual measurement.
Reference = Chart Maker with Example
But the Dataset Items of type Scatter will not render correctly on X-axis because the chart does not see the labels as a scale but as a category?
How to make the chart realize that the x value of the scatter items can be plotted on that same X-axis?
