Horizontal bar chart

Im trying to create a Horizontal bar chart, below 2 points i want to add into the graph.
Items have a start date and end date.
Start and End date are displayed in the x-Axis
Items Title is displayed in the Y Axis.

  1. Display the Bars color in the graph as per Status(In Progress, Completed, At Risk etc.)
  2. Add the Status value in the bars.
