Link with ampersand gets cut

Once creating QR in Crystal Reports, the link with ampersand gets cut from ampersand all the way to the end.

You’ll have to URL-Encode the ampersand because it’s a special character. Use a tool like https://www.urlencoder.io/ or, in your case, you can replace the ampersand with %26
